Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 6 am to 9 am (60-minute sessions)

Our adult programs are focused on improving the individual’s overall health!! Targeting 3 key areas in each workout:

Corrective Exercises- Have a nagging injury?  Can’t move like you used to?  Through our assessment we will be able to assign corrective movements to help alleviate what you’re going through.

Weight Management-Higher intensity movements to help burn those excess calories.

Strength Training- Workouts designed to build overall strength, power, and muscle.

Individualized programs will include warmup/flexibility exercises, weight training, core strengthening, corrective exercises, and cardio movements.

$150 a Month (currently 12 sessions)
