Currently being used by Powerhouse athletes, Performance Pitch was developed by two-time All Star, Bob Stanley.  Players of all ages and skill levels can benefit by using this baseball and towel combination. It helps to improve throwing and pitching technique, reinforces proper throwing mechanics, and improves arm speed, power, and follow through without ever throwing a ball. Use Performance Pitch before a game, between starts, or whenever you’re without a catcher.
