YOUTH PROGRAMS

POWERHOUSE GYM | 10U - 12U | 6 WEEKS

  • For players who love the game and want to learn. Not for those looking for in depth mechanical teaching.
  • Emphasis on basic fundamentals, repetitions and fun.
  • Kids will learn basic movement patterns needed in baseball
  • Sessions will be split between hitting, fielding, pitching and coordination games.
  • Program runs 1 day a week. One Hour per session.
  • Monday - 5:00-6:00pm
  • Saturday - 9:00 -10:00
  • There will be 5 hitter limit and 5 pitchers limit
  • First come first serve, spots are limited
