POWERHOUSE GYM | 10U - 12U | 6 WEEKS
- For players who love the game and want to learn. Not for those looking for in depth mechanical teaching.
- Emphasis on basic fundamentals, repetitions and fun.
- Kids will learn basic movement patterns needed in baseball
- Sessions will be split between hitting, fielding, pitching and coordination games.
- Program runs 1 day a week. One Hour per session.
- Monday - 5:00-6:00pm
- Saturday - 9:00 -10:00
- There will be 5 hitter limit and 5 pitchers limit
- First come first serve, spots are limited
