Success Stories

Who are we?

Powerhouse Sports NH is a sports training facility in Seabrook, New Hampshire. Most of what we do is baseball and softball, hitting, pitching, and skill work for athletes from youth through pro, but the facility serves any athlete who wants to get measurably better. Sessions are one-on-one or small-group rather than large class-based, with personalized assessment and follow-through.

We offer baseball and softball skills training at every age group, sports performance and strength training, developmental leagues including the Powerhouse Middle School Summer League, and remote programming. The facility has three full-size hitting cages, one pitching tunnel with two mounds, a turf area for sport-specific drills, and a fully outfitted weight room.

Every meaningful output gets measured. We use , , , and to track pitch velocity, exit velocity, bat speed, jump height, and sprint output, alongside overload and underload bats, medicine balls, and arm-care equipment.

Programs are led by high level coaches with playing and coaching credentials across baseball, softball, and strength and conditioning. Meet the full staff →

Powerhouse athletes have produced 17 pro players, 150+ college commits, and 60+ all-state selections.

Technology we use

TrackMan radar unit
Pitch & ball-flight tracking

TrackMan

Doppler-radar system that captures pitch velocity, spin rate, spin axis, release point, extension, and batted-ball metrics like exit velocity and launch angle. Used at the pro and college level for player development.

HitTrax system
In-cage hitting analysis

HitTrax

Camera-based hitting analysis system installed in the cage. Tracks exit velocity, launch angle, projected distance, and simulated outcomes (single, double, home run) on every swing. Real-time feedback during reps.

Blast Motion sensor on a bat knob
Swing sensor

Blast Motion

Sensor that attaches to the knob of the bat and measures swing metrics on every cut: bat speed, attack angle, time to contact, on-plane efficiency, and vertical bat angle. Used across MLB and NCAA.

OVR Performance velocity, jump, and sprint training devices
Velocity-based training

OVR Performance

Velocity-based training (VBT) devices that measure bar speed, vertical jump, and sprint output. Brings live data into the weight room so loading decisions are based on actual output, not just programmed percentages.
