FALL SOFTBALL PROGRAMS

STAY READY. STAY COMPETITIVE, MAKE THIS FALL YOUR ADVANTAGE.

WHAT TO EXPECT

MAKE HUGE IMPROVEMENTS THIS FALL WITH OUR 8-WEEK PROGRAMS.

Players will experience drill work focused on quality movement guided by expert coaches. We curate an environment of growth where athletes push each other to be better.

HOW IT WORKS

A CURICULUM EVOLVED FROM COACHING HUNDREDS OF ATHLETES.

Individualized Player Analysis

You will experience an in-depth look at exactly who you currently are as a player from mechanics, strengths, and weaknesses regardless of the camp that best suits you.

Once complete, we will put together a specific program for you to help you improve your skills, leverage your strengths, and attack your weaknesses.

Player Specific Exercises and Drill Packages

Based on what is found in your analysis, you will be given a series of drills and exercises designed to make you more effective between the lines.

What a Session Looks Like

Each program begins with you performing your individualized physical prep drills to get your body in the habit of better movement patterns.

You will then move on to mechanical training, whether you’re a pitcher or a hitter you will then perform the drills designed to attack your specific deficiencies.

Program Specific Training

Depending on the program that suits you best, you will then undergo your specific training model in a small group setting.

You’ll work through personalized drills, specific to your needs as a player, alongside coaches who will help you every step of the way.

A COMPETETIVE and CHALLENGING Training Environment

We have found that the most progress is made by our players when we make the training environment more difficult than they will see in a real game setting.

You will experience competition and challenges to ensure the raw skills you obtain can be translated into game scenarios.

PROGRAMS BUILT FOR ANY PLAYER, AT ANY LEVEL

FALL HITTING (AGES 13-18)

Take your softball game to the next level this fall with a proven system built to help hitters grow, compete, and thrive. Our program delivers the same individualized approach as our baseball training — no cookie-cutter drills here. Every athlete is evaluated and coached to find their best movement solution, whether that means generating more power, improving consistency, or learning to slap effectively.

Athletes train in a competitive yet supportive environment, where they’re encouraged to take risks, make adjustments, and build confidence. Each session focuses on swing efficiency, approach, and situational hitting while using tools like Blast Motion and HitTrax to track and measure progress.

Led by St. Anselm standout Samantha Wiberg — and designed by Baltimore Orioles AAA hitting coach Mike Montville — players get softball-specific instruction paired with pro-level insight into mechanics and mindset.

By the end of this 8-week program, athletes leave with faster bat speed, improved adjustability, smarter approaches at the plate, and the confidence to self-correct and compete at higher levels.

YOUTH FALL TWO-WAY (UNDER 13)

The foundation matters — and this fall, our Youth Two-Way Softball Program is built to help young players grow on both sides of the game. From hitting to pitching, athletes learn how to move with intent, train with purpose, and develop the confidence to compete.

This program focuses on proper mechanics, coordination, and body awareness while introducing the fundamentals of both hitting and pitching in a way that makes sense for youth players. Every athlete starts with an evaluation and follows an individualized plan that builds strengths, addresses inefficiencies, and tracks progress over time.

Hitters develop swing fundamentals, bat speed, and approach with tools like HitTrax and Blast Motion. Pitchers learn efficient throwing patterns, arm care routines, and drills that build velocity while keeping their arms healthy. Throughout, athletes are encouraged to make adjustments, play with confidence, and enjoy the process of getting better.

At Powerhouse, young softball players don’t just run through drills — they learn the skills and habits that create long-term success on the field.

YOUTH HITTING (UNDER 13)

Build a strong foundation at the plate this fall with our Youth Softball Hitting Program. Designed specifically for younger athletes, this program focuses on teaching proper swing mechanics, improving bat speed, and building confidence in the batter’s box. Every player is evaluated and coached individually — no cookie-cutter drills — so they can learn in a way that makes sense for them.

Athletes train in a fun, supportive environment that also challenges them to compete, make adjustments, and develop great habits early on. Each session emphasizes swing efficiency, timing, and approach while using tools like Blast Motion and HitTrax to make training both measurable and engaging.

Led by St. Anselm standout Samantha Wiberg, coaches Xavier Nunez and Kyle Bouchard — and designed by Baltimore Orioles AAA hitting coach Mike Montville — players get softball-specific instruction paired with insight into mechanics and mindset that will benefit them for years to come.

By the end of the program, athletes leave with sharper fundamentals, faster bat speed, and the confidence to step into the box ready to compete.

CATCHING PROGRAM (AGES 10-18)

Control the game behind the plate with a program built for serious softball catchers. From blocking and receiving to footwork, throwing, and game management, every skill is sharpened to help you command the field and lead your team with confidence.

This program blends technical skill work with advanced training methods to maximize efficiency, quickness, and durability. Athletes will go through targeted drills, video breakdowns, and data-driven feedback to refine receiving skills, improve transfer speed, and cut down pop times — all while learning the leadership qualities that set elite catchers apart.

Each player is evaluated and given a personalized plan focused on their specific areas of development — whether that’s gaining consistency in blocking, throwing with more accuracy, or improving pitch-calling awareness. Small group settings create a competitive environment while still allowing for individualized coaching and attention to detail.

Catchers leave this program with sharper fundamentals, more efficient movements, and the confidence to take control of every inning.
