Our training memberships are designed to help each member move properly and safely, ultimately reducing the risk of injury, raising levels of performance and athleticism, and help each athlete look and feel better. Each member will be evaluated when they first enter our program, through our movement screening and Proteus power testing. Every member receives a personalized workout program design to reach the agreed upon performance goals. The plan is revised every month as the members reaches their benchmarks and results of monthly testing. Our programs consist of a dynamic warm up, plyometrics, speed & agility, strength training and conditioning. We have helped many members get rid of pain or deficiencies that have affected their performance, while also helping them create higher work thresholds within their sport.
This program is a great way to get ahead of your competition and stay strong when you need it most. We have 4-month, 8-month, and 12-month membership options. Athletes can attend anytime during our weightroom supervised hours and as many times a week as they’d like.
