DEVLOP YOUR GAME THIS FALL — GET AHEAD FOR THE SPRING
WHAT TO EXPECT
MAKE HUGE IMPROVEMENTS THIS FALL WITH OUR 16-WEEK PROGRAMS.
Players will experience drill work focused on quality movement guided by expert coaches. We curate an environment of growth where athletes push each other to be better.
HOW IT WORKS
A CURICULUM EVOLVED FROM COACHING HUNDREDS OF ATHLETES.

Individualized Player Analysis
You will experience an in-depth look at exactly who you currently are as a player from mechanics, strengths, and weaknesses regardless of the camp that best suits you.
Once complete, we will put together a specific program for you to help you improve your skills, leverage your strengths, and attack your weaknesses.
Player Specific Exercises and Drill Packages
Based on what is found in your analysis, you will be given a series of drills and exercises designed to make you more effective between the lines.
What a Session Looks Like
Each program begins with you performing your individualized physical prep drills to get your body in the habit of better movement patterns.
You will then move on to mechanical training, whether you’re a pitcher or a hitter you will then perform the drills designed to attack your specific deficiencies.
Program Specific Training
Depending on the program that suits you best, you will then undergo your specific training model in a small group setting.
You’ll work through personalized drills, specific to your needs as a player, alongside coaches who will help you every step of the way.
A COMPETETIVE and CHALLENGING Training Environment
We have found that the most progress is made by our players when we make the training environment more difficult than they will see in a real game setting.
You will experience competition and challenges to ensure the raw skills you obtain can be translated into game scenarios.
PROGRAMS BUILT FOR ANY PLAYER, AT ANY LEVEL

FALL HITTING (AGES 13-18)
Build on the same system that fueled big gains for our winter hitters — +6.7% Max Exit Velocity, +27.4% Max Distance, and more. This isn’t a cookie-cutter camp. Every athlete is evaluated and given a personalized plan built to develop efficient swing patterns, increase bat speed, and sharpen approach at the plate.
Designed by Orioles AAA hitting coach Mike Montville and led by coach Xavier Nunez and Kyle Bouchard, hitters train with data-backed tools like HitTrax and Blast Motion while tackling drills that simulate game-like challenges. The result? More power, more adjustability, and real confidence to make in-game adjustments.
Serious about staying sharp this fall and setting the tone for spring? This is where it happens.

FALL PITCHING (AGES 13-18)
Our pitchers saw an average +3.4 MPH velocity jump this past winter — with some gaining as much as 6+ MPH. This fall, the same high-level system returns, focused on individual mechanics, arm health, and game-time results.
No cookie-cutter mechanics here. Every pitcher gets assessed and guided through an optimized throwing plan that reduces stress on the arm while building velocity and stamina. Small group training (3–6 athletes) pushes each player to compete while also learning to become their own best coach.
Designed and led by former MiLB pitcher Alex Powers, this 8-week program balances workload management, drill work, arm care, and recovery techniques. Video breakdown, movement assessments, and cutting-edge Trackman data are integrated to drive performance and track progress.
Pitchers leave the program with more velocity, improved efficiency, and the tools to dominate while staying healthy all season long.

FALL TWO-WAY (AGES 13-18)
Train like a true two-way player with a program that delivers real results. Our hitters saw +6.7% Max Exit Velocity and +27.4% Max Distance this past winter, while pitchers averaged +3.4 MPH gains — and now you can develop both sides of your game this fall.
This program blends individualized hitting and pitching plans designed to maximize power, velocity, and efficiency. Every athlete starts with an evaluation and gets a custom plan to target their specific needs. Hitters sharpen their swing with weighted bats, approach training, and video analysis using HitTrax and Blast Motion. Pitchers improve their delivery and arm health with targeted drills, recovery work, and data-driven feedback using Trackman.
Designed by Orioles AAA hitting coach Mike Montville and former MiLB pitcher Alex Powers, and led by our elite coaching staff, players train in small groups to compete, adjust, and build the confidence to self-correct in games.
Serious about becoming a complete player? This is where you get there.

FALL CATCHING PROGRAM
Own the game behind the plate with a program built for serious catchers. From blocking and receiving to throwing and game-calling, every skill is sharpened to help you control the field and lead your team with confidence.
Led by former college catcher Cam MacDonald, this program blends technical skill work with advanced training methods to maximize efficiency, quickness, and durability. Athletes will go through targeted drills, video breakdowns, and data-driven feedback to refine footwork, improve pop times, and master the details that separate average catchers from elite ones.
Catchers leave the program with sharper fundamentals, improved efficiency, and the confidence to command the game.

YOUTH TWO-WAY (UNDER 13)
The foundation matters — especially in the fall. Our Youth Program is built to develop well-rounded ballplayers, teaching them how to move, swing, and throw with intent while building a love for training and competing.
This two-way program (hitting + pitching) focuses on building proper mechanics, improving strength and coordination, and teaching young athletes how to make adjustments on their own. Every player is coached as an individual — no cookie-cutter plans. We identify strengths, address movement inefficiencies, and track progress so each athlete leaves more confident and capable.
Hitters sharpen swing fundamentals, bat speed, and approach, while pitchers improve mechanics, arm health, and throwing patterns — all taught in a way that makes sense for younger athletes. Body awareness, warm-up routines, and competitive-but-supportive training environments are emphasized so players learn how to do things the right way.
At Powerhouse, youth athletes don’t just run through drills — they develop skills and habits that will carry them through every level of the game.
