Learning From Failure
I felt like there were so many areas of my own personal development that were missed. I was hurt a lot in college so I wanted to figure out why that happened. I felt like for my work ethic the training didn’t always translate. I left a lot of talent on the table and I wanted to build a place that could help players in the way that I wanted to be helped, or in ways that I look back on that would have been beneficial. After being on both sides of a coach-player relationship I felt the need to give back to athletes who were sharing similar experiences.
A Process Evolved Over Hundreds of Athletes
I’ve focused on removing things that don’t stick, like complicated mechanical cues. Keeping it simple and addressing small details helps improve the bigger picture. If something was too complex, it just didn’t work. Combining what I have learned through my years of baseball experience with a modern-day, no BS, results-driven approach, we have honed in the best training system around.
