Many of our college athletes return home from school eager to continue their training. Our college athletes have unlimited access to our facility from 11 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday. Our programs include hitting & weight room, pitching & weight room, and weight room only.

Variation Training where we put our hitters in challenging environments so when its time to step in the batter's box, they can make in game adjustments that will increase their success.

Use of Trackman, the cutting-edge technology used by all Major League Baseball and high-level college baseball programs. This machine calculates velocity, spin axis, and spin. You get real time data in the blink of an eye and saved right to your name. This allows you to see your data and monitor your progression.
