This program is designed for all children ages 10 to 12. They will learn basic athletic movements that take place in the weight room along with building a general foundation of speed and agility. Using bodyweight, bands, and light external weights, athletes will gain confidence in all exercise techniques.
This program goes a long way in improving motor control and learning where their body is in space (proprioception), in addition to getting stronger to offset the demands of sport.
This program begins September 6th and ends November 30th (3 months). Athletes can attend anytime during our weightroom supervised hours. We recommend 2-3 sessions per week. The cost is $150 per month.
